What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your first name, if you give it
- Who you care for (for example, a parent), if you choose to tell us
- Which plan you'd choose, if you answer that question
- Which version of the page you saw, and when you signed up
We don't ask for health information, and we ask you not to send any through this website.
Our web servers keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to count visitors, keep the site secure and stop abuse. We delete these logs after 90 days.
We don't use advertising trackers, cookies for advertising, or third-party analytics on this website.
How we use it
- To email you about early access to TendHarbor
- To invite some people to a short research conversation, which you can ignore
- To understand how many people are interested and what they would pay
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with advertisers.
- We share it only with the service providers that run this website (Amazon Web Services) and send our emails, and only so they can provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until early access ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email. To see, correct or delete your information, email privacy@tendharbor.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Sign-ups are stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services, and access is limited to the TendHarbor team.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll email people on the list.
